Manpages for the wxWidgets classes.

Installing:

unpack man3wx.tar.gz in /usr/local/man
add the `3wx' to the SECTION list in /etc/manpath.config
run mandb

The fine print: these manpages are generated from my XML version of the wxWidgets documentation - which means they're pretty complete, but are missing a small number of classes. Tell me if you have problems/suggestions/...!
