Goal:

For the XML class reference to be a drop-in replacement for the wxWidgets
TeX-based docs, we need to be able to convert the XML file back to TeX to 
leverage the existing TeX tools.

Procedure:
* checkout/update tex docs and tex2rtf from CVS, put into wxWidgets directory
* generate class.xml file from CVS (see /xmldocs/converting)

Now, using merge.sh:
* remove the following files (those are later generated back from XML):
  * classes.tex
  * all seperate class .tex files
  * classes by category?
* fix references to classes in the rest of the .tex files.
